Shipping & Returns

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Almost all orders will ship approximately 1-3 business days after you place your order (mugs, ornaments, canvas prints and birth pillows ship in about 3-5 business days). Then add another 3-5 days in shipping (US ONLY - international read more below). All in all to be on the safe side, please plan on a week to 10 days for your special order (although typically they do arrive sooner than that, but please let us know if you have a deadline beforehand as inventory and other small delays could always delay your order a bit). Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout if you need a quicker turnaround for a special announcement or event.

Please remember, we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages. The postal receipt will serve as confirmation of shipping, but please contact us prior to purchasing or in the "Special Instructions / Notes" section when ordering if you'd like to purchase insurance on your USPS items as it does not come standard in USPS shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship internationally, we recommend allowing 3-5 weeks for basic first class items to arrive. If you need it faster and would like insurance, we do offer expedited options at checkout. We will not insure basic first class packages without being requested.

Processing Time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated International Shipping Times:
  • Canada: 1-1 weeks
  • Europe: 3-5 weeks
We always do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.
 
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Zoey's Attic is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
